These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of bijumi.com and your purchase of products from Bijumi. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

1. Store and platform

Bijumi operates this online store. The store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, payment, and delivery information.

You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; interfere with site security; introduce malicious code; scrape or reproduce protected content without authorization; or place orders using unauthorized payment information.

3. Mystery jewelry products

Bijumi mystery jewelry boxes are curated using the jewelry types, style directions, and other preferences submitted with the order. These selections guide our curation but do not determine every exact design, color, or item. The surprise assortment is an essential feature of the product.

Product photographs illustrate the style and presentation of our products but do not promise that the exact photographed designs will be included. Colors may vary because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and normal production differences.

Unless expressly stated on a product page, we do not guarantee a specific material composition, allergy suitability, waterproof performance, color-retention period, precious-metal content, gemstone type, or equivalence to fine jewelry.

4. Product counts and options

A pair of earrings counts as one piece. A complimentary watch, where offered, does not count toward the stated jewelry piece total. A paid jewelry-storage-box upgrade replaces the standard glass-jar packaging and does not add another jewelry item.

Availability, options, gifts, and packaging may differ by product edition. The product page shown at the time of purchase controls.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless the site expressly shows another currency. Shipping, taxes, duties, and other charges are shown separately where applicable. We may change prices and promotions prospectively without notice, but a change will not alter an order already accepted.

Payment is processed by the payment methods offered at checkout, including PayPal where available. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amounts shown at checkout. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.

6. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you for verification or clarification. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, obvious pricing error, unavailable delivery service, legal restriction, or inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion.

7. Curation and cancellation

Because each box is curated individually, you may request cancellation within 12 hours after purchase. After 12 hours, or once curation has started, cancellation may no longer be available, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Shipping, customs, and risk

Processing and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs and carrier conditions outside our control.

Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, customers are responsible for destination-country import duty, VAT, customs clearance fees, and local taxes. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and cooperating with lawful customs requirements.

9. Returns, refunds, and remedies

Our Refund Policy explains cancellations, mystery-box expectations, damaged or missing items, replacements, returns, and refunds. Nothing in these Terms limits a remedy that cannot legally be limited.

10. Intellectual property

The site design, Bijumi name and branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Bijumi and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal shopping and may not copy, sell, publish, or commercially exploit its content without written permission.

11. Third-party services and links

The site may rely on or link to third parties such as Shopify, PayPal, logistics providers, analytics providers, and advertising platforms. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for an independent third-party site that we do not control.

12. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep product, price, and site information accurate, but typographical, technical, or availability errors may occur. We may correct an error, update information, or withdraw an unavailable offer. We do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bijumi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The current version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Bijumi's business location, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Any mandatory jurisdiction or dispute-resolution rights remain unaffected.
