Keep the signature glass jar, or replace it with a double-layer jewelry organizer for an additional USD 19.

What can I choose?
Choose at least three jewelry types, two to three style directions, optional wear moods and a curator note. We use those choices to guide the final mix.
Can I tell you what to avoid?
Use the optional curator note to mention colors, motifs or details you love or prefer to avoid. We take it into account, but the mystery mix means we cannot guarantee a perfect personal match.
Will every piece match my taste?
The surprise is part of the experience. We carefully control style and quality, but cannot guarantee that every piece will be a perfect personal match.
Shipping & taxes
When will my order ship?
Made-to-order curation usually ships within 4-10 business days. International transit is typically 7-15 business days after dispatch and can vary with customs and local delivery.
Are delivery times guaranteed?
No. Transit estimates are not guaranteed because customs, flights and local delivery can affect timing.
Are duties and taxes included?
No. Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and local taxes may apply and are paid by the customer unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Packaging, watch & aftercare
What about the packaging?
Keep the signature clear glass jar, or choose the double-layer jewelry organizer on eligible Deluxe and Ultimate boxes for an additional USD 19. Standard does not offer the organizer upgrade.
Can I add a free watch?
Deluxe and Ultimate boxes include an optional complimentary watch, one per order, in a random style. Standard does not offer a watch option.
What about cancellation?
You can request cancellation within 12 hours. After that, or once curation starts, cancellation may no longer be possible.
What if something is damaged or missing?
Contact us within 7 days with clear photos. After verification, we normally replace the damaged or missing part first, then consider an appropriate partial or full refund where needed.
What if I don't like the mix?
Personal taste alone is not automatically treated as a defect. Please contact us before returning anything; do not send international parcels back without authorization.
